This master´s thesis deals with evaulating of non-profit organizations focusing on amateur football clubs. During the analytical part,a financial statement will ge given by a CBA analysis based on a practical example of designing a new building with changing rooms and technical infrastructure of the football club "TJ Sokol Slavonin". "Finally, proposals improving the return on investment, followed by a financial structure, how to finance the project in an optimal way, show that an integrated finance model was created.
Creating a Fundraising Strategy for a Nonprofit Organization

The aim of this master's thesis is to evaluate the current state of creating a fundraising strategy in a selected nonprofit organization and propose improvements to the current situation. The theoretical part defines fundamental concepts and analytical approaches, delineates the nonprofit sector, and examines fundraising aspects. The practical part characterizes the selected organizations and follows a specific methodology. The assessment of the current state derives not only from the application of professional literature but also from conducted interviews with the co-founder of TEMPERI, o.p.s., and experienced fundraisers from three observed organizations. Furthermore, the structure of resources for individual organizations is explored, followed by the utilization of PESTLE analysis and Porter's Five Forces model. The outputs of these analyses are then applied within the framework of a SWOT analysis. All results serve the purpose of an effective proposal for improving the current state in relation to creating a fundraising strategy for the chosen nonprofit organization.
Projects aimed on enhancing active citizenship among primary school pupils

This diploma discusses projects to enhance active citizenship among primary school pupils. The work seeks to describe the importance of education for active citizenship in primary schools, to map projects dedicated to deepening knowledge regarding the role of an active citizen, and at the same time to inspire interested teachers to incorporate this issue into their lessons. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part defines the concepts of citizenship and active citizenship, the goals of education for active citizenship, and its inclusion in the curriculum, as well as a description of two different projects devoted to this issue. The empirical part tries to answer several questions regarding the projects. First, it answers why it is essential to include education for active citizenship as early as the 1st grade of primary school. It further discusses the goals and risks of this inclusion. The topic of marketing communication activities between Japan and the Czech Republic has despite of all important economical links of the two countries not yet been deeply analysed. The goal of this work is to examine the major communication activities advertising the Japanese culture to the Czech audience. It also includes an insight into the cultures, their similarities and differences and how these affect the mutual communication. Japan and the Czech Republic have started mutual relations during the 1st World War, keeping them friendly for most of the future time regardless to political changes that haven't always been favourable. After the Velvet Revolution and re-creation of Czechoslovakia (splitting into the Czech and the Slovak republic later on), the Czech-Japanese Association and the Japan Information and Culture Centre emerged - they are now two organizations with different backgrounds yet similar goals: to help building mutual relations of the two countries and to introduce the Japanese culture in Czech republic in its wide range. The aim of this thesis is to find out if there is cooperation between civil sector and public sector in chosen locality - Železný Brod. It is target on poverty and social exclusion. This cooperation will be assessed from the perspective of chosen respondents. The theoretical part describes some models of cooperation, situation in Czech Republic, importance of nonprofit organizations focused on social services and health care. Empirical part deals with methods and techniques of data collections, data analysis techniques. Next there is justification of location and target group. The Fight against Corruption in Prague - the Anti-corruption Strategy of Government and Civil Society during the "Necas's government".

Presented work deals with the issue of fighting against corruption. In a theoretical level the work informs about the causes of corruption and the tools that are currently used for its persecuting. In the practical part I try to find out the way of improvement of corruption range seen throgh the eyes of actors that operate in Prague city. The aim of the work is to identify possibilities of efficiency improvement of nonprofit organizations and the public sector in the field of fighting against the corruption. The analytical part of the work, therefore, maps the situation in relations between selected non-profit organizations and relations between them and the public administration, which is in this work represented by the Prague City Hall - an institution which represents by the local government activities.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the inception, concept and performance of presentation the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague on Facebook since the official launch on the 13th April 2011 to 31 March 2012. The thesis describes the key features of concept, composition of the team, collaboration with other parts of the Faculty of Arts and also the experience of interacting with fans and other presentations. The second part is devoted to a survey of selected communication tools used by the Faculty of Arts, which has been realized in order to determine the opinion of fans of presentation at the end of the first year of operation.
